Terms and Conditions of booking

1.    Confidentiality:
a.    Etio will take appropriate measures to protect your personal and other data in line with our obligations under applicable data protection law and any other domestic legal requirements.
b.    The participant must respect the confidentiality of all information that the participant acquires during the course of participating in the training course and comply with all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
c.    The participant agrees that photographs and/or videos can be taken during the course of the training of participants and that such photographs and/or videos can be reproduced and displayed, exhibited and used by Etio for marketing and all other purposes in any and all media, in perpetuity.


2.    Cancellation:
a.    Etio does not accept any liability for cancellation costs. Events are sometimes cancelled, timetables change. Where possible we will always work to provide a suitable alternative, but this is sometimes not possible.
b.    If Etio cancels the training it shall refund the training fee already paid to the participant.
c.    The participant may cancel or defer attending the training by giving Etio 14 days written notice of cancellation or deferral. 
d.    If the participant proposes another participant to the training, the new candidate will be subject to the standard admission process. If the replacement of the participant is accepted by Etio, no cancellation fee will apply. 

3.    Payment:
The participant agrees that all fees shall be paid within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. No one will be permitted to attend the training unless all fees have been received by Etio. 

4.    General:
a.    The Program does not guarantee that the participant inspection work after completion.
